Brian Lara Pressure Play PSP is an original title in the hugely successful cricket series from Codemasters and offers gamers the chance to play in the Officially Licensed ICC Cricket World Cup 2007 mode" play as, or against, all of the stars of the ICC event with Officially Licensed teams such as Australia, India, West Indies, Pakistan and England.
In this mode gamers will be able to replay actual matches from the competition and change ICC Cricket World Cup 2007 history themselves. Players can attempt to recreate Ireland's stunning win against all the odds against Pakistan, England's exciting run chase against Brian Lara's West Indies side and even Bangladesh's shock victory over the much fancied Indian team. Gamers can also challenge their friends to a multiplayer dual at the crease with Brian Lara Pressure Play PSP's i-Fi connectivity, using the instant Hawk-Eye ball analysis options as proof that the ball was heading straight at the wickets when the umpire called LBW.
Designed especially for the pick-up and play nature of the PSP gamer, Brian Lara Pressure Play PSP also features a Pressure Play Mission Mode. The mode offers mini, quick-fire challenges focused on cricketing skills covering all aspects of the game. With 16 challenges to beat ranging from mastering defensive shots in the Knowledge mode to hitting six consecutive sixes in the Masters mode, Brian Lara Pressure Play PSP will make sure the summer is here to stay.
