To get extra money build an Art Gallery for 1000 Simoleans from the Town Hall. Then when it has been connstructed there will be five blank canvas' on the walls. In turn go up to these and paint a picture. If it is Original or lower then scrap it. If it is Masterpiece or higher then leave it and go on to the next canvas. Once you leave the room carry on doing things as normal until you get a phone call that one of your paintings has been bought. When you get this phone call some money will be added to your balance. Then go back to the Art Gallery and paint another picture that is Masterpiece or higher. And so on until you're rich!
