There is a secret that can be unlocked for every individual in the game but
some secrets do not unlock 'Concept Art' per se. To see all 'Concept Art'
that has been unlocked, you will have to quit the game and return to the
Settings Menu. You will see the icon of a painting. Hit that with your
stylus to see all Concept Art.
