Find the plant that creates a staircase into the ground when you spray it. Watch the wall at the end of the staircase... looks kinda like a Shine doesn't it? Spray that as well and go get your Shine (oh, and while we're here, you might want to know that the Yoshi Egg for this quest is available in Story 6).
