This works in alomst any plane, but I find it's easiest in either the Shamal ot the AT-400.
While flying, make sure you are completely level to the ground, then pull up sharply until you're vertical. Keep vertical until the plane stalls, and then hold the brakes while pulling back. Keep level and you'll start going backwards. You can do this across the entire state if you want...
