To use your scouts go to 'office' then go to scouting and choose what you want your scout to do. When choosing selcet 'Deep searcg' and choose the position your looking for (if any) you scout will return every 2 weeks with a player that is willing to sign for you. Sometimes your scout will turn up with an unknown superstar! If he does sign him. If you're scout isn't getting decent players then go to 'Office' and 'Staff Upgrades' and upgrade your scouting department. This is a good way to sign gteat unknown stars.
