See Hard Mode Congratulations- Original Panzer Dragoon
Once you unlock the original Panzer, launch the game at the Appendix section of Pandora's Box. Then press these buttons at the main menu to see the congratulations you get for beating Hard Mode: UP, UP, DOWN, UP, LEFT, LEFT, RIGHT, LEFT, DOWN, DOWN, UP, DOWN, RIGHT, RIGHT, LEFT, RIGHT.
