This procedure requires that you create a file and place it in your "\gameinstall\data" directory. If at any time you wish to revert the game back to its original state, simply delete the file. As an aside, all of the original scripts can be found inside the "MISC0000.pak" file. Create a file called experience.ini containing the following information, and place it in the "\gameinstall\data" folder. This will make your already hired people gain experience in large chunks, instead of in tiny increments, and will also make the people you hire on start with maximum experience.
