For this cheat to work you must walk through any type of door to get to southern island.(This cheat code only works with Action replay max.)

At Birth island you will find deoxys.When at birth island you will have to solve a problem with a triangle.

Note:Once you arrive,turn off the action replay so you do noyt teleport again.
