What do the Gears boys eat in a morning? "Gears Crunch" of course...
When playing Act 5 on the trains, located the first button to start a cutscene where a berserker smashes through some boxes. Avoid the berserker and run all the way along the trains and you will find a cereal box. Look at the name on the cereal, it's called "Gears Crunch"!
