You need to be out in the countryside(eg the outskirts of angel pine) to do this trick. get yourself a tractor then stop in front of a linerunner truck and hijack it. back in the tractor use the right analogue stick to lower the towbar then reverse up to the front of the truck to hitch up to it.
now drive off and start swerving left and right and the vehicles will speed up like mad until they catapult each other into a crash.
