Cheats: Where to find the doctor guy!

To find the doctor guy go look around using ONLY your camera! Then you will see him in a superhero suit. After that go to deadtree town and go meet the people that their names start with the letter P. When you do that by the mechanical skill of 4 by the taser perk and go back to paradise palace or paradise place and go to the doctor guy's house and go to the bookcase with a border around it and use open bookcase or open and after that go inside and talk to him and it will say that you completed a goal! And then go to the computer and get the EXE.
