To get an alien baby all you have to do is get your sci-fi levels full by reading a mag, then buy the best telescope (if you have got a lot of money do the (motherlode) or (kaching) cheat) then when you got the telescope stargaze until a little clip comes up and shows your sim being abducted by aliens !!!!! After a few hours (sim time) another clip will come up showing the sim coming back.
After a few days your sim would appeared to be fat but nope he/ she is just pregnant.
Soon enough you will have a baby. MAKE SURE YOU HIRE A NANNY BECAUSE I THINK THERE IS A HANDFULL TO MANAGE!!!
There's a possibility this might not happen but keep trying till it does.
