When ever your character levels up it makes that noise than,
go to the menu where it says press Y to auto level up or A to do it yourself. All you need to do is press the little black button to switch character and hit a right after. If done correctly you should be at the level up screen but the character's picture is different. Now, once that is done you pick your feats and powers. But here's the catch you cant master them. When you pick you have to pick one feat or power you want to master say FLURRY so than you take FLURRY than do it again and pick IMPROVED FLURRY than after you have the second one you do a real level up and than choose MASTER FLURRY.Its awesome it will take you a few tries but once you get it down its great. My suggestion is you save before you do it though. Also if you want to do it in the beginning of the game and the prerequisite requires you to be level 8. Than just pick other stuff until you get to level 8. But dont pick two in the same feat or it will mess it up. If you have Questions email me at ryanrosu@yahoo.com
