Hint: Vietnam: Explore volcano:
Choose the Baja truck the Vietnam level in two player joyridin' mode. When the level starts, enable the "Unlimited countermeasures" code. Go to where the volcano is located and get in the water. Keep pressing X (boost jump) in the volcano's direction to reach it.
