Glitch: See yourself dead:
Immediately after Hendricks starts talking to you, run across the bridge and go to the elevator but do not activate it. Look towards the control panel and turn left, then look up. You will see a hole. Enter it and swim to the bottom. Inside is a dead miner, health, enviro armor and a 12 mm pistol. Look closely at the dead miner to see that he is Parker, the person you are playing.
