Cheats: Unlock all levels and infinite ammo

To unlock all levels, plug in a second controller and go to the level select screen. Hold UP on controller 2 and press the following:

Unlock all levels: START, SELECT, SELECT, SQUARE

Infinite ammo: Pause the game and press R1, CIRCLE, L1, SQUARE, CIRCLE, R1, CIRCLE, R1, RIGHT, RIGHT, CIRCLE, RIGHT
