Hint: Defeating Pre-gym leader Justy:
Keep Umbreon's Snatch attack. Use it as many times as possible. Justy's Pokemon are constantly using Double Team. Snatch takes it. You should continually attack with the other and you will have the battle won. If you run out of Snatch or your Pokemon die, then just keep attacking his Pokemon with Umbreon. Make sure you also have some potions and similar items, as Justy also tends to use Sandstorm a lot.
