Glitch: No pedestrians:
In the sinking boat missions you must save everyone and place all but one on the ground. Take the pedestrian that you are still carrying and go on top of the Empire State Building by wallsprinting and swinging. Go to the top level (the one under the top) and put him down there. He will thank you and walk off building. Once you go back down, there will be no people or green question marks. You can still find some in the purple dot missions, and that will bring all the people back.
