Hint: Search For Justice: Matrix-style jump:
Find the tall building with a green roof, that is pyramid-like while playing as the Green Goblin (not the costume). Jump onto the green part of the roof, then hold [Up] and he will do a sort of "Matrix" jump. Note: This does not work as Spider-Man, because he just crawls up the wall and does not run up it.
