With tuner cars with the Zone special move, find a big jump (for example, the roller coaster jumps in San Diego). Get to at least 150 mph and just before reaching the end of the jump, activate the Zone. Once in the air, hold L + Analog-stick Up. If done correctly, you will perform a frontflip.
