In Atlanta go, to the high then ride on a motorcycle south to where you jump in to the trees. When you get into the trees, stop and look around. You will see a house on a hill. Ride to it and fall off the motorcycle. You will fall in a hole. When you respawn, there will be nobody on your motorcycle, and you will have full nitrous.
