Go to the area where you can ride on the safety nets. You must unlock the propeller in the museum first. Ride up the red ramp slowly. You need to be near the place where you grind on the net. Turn around from looking at the grinding for the net spot and go up the red side of the ship. You will fall off after a few seconds.
