Find the Nokia sign. Go inside the elevator lobby and turn left to a button. Ollie at the button and you will hear a sound. Turn to your right and go into the elevator. Wait until it stops, then go outside and turn to your right. There will be a rail in the corner. Grind down it and try to keep your balance. Note: You must grind it all the way down.
