Glitch: Circle bailing:
Select any skater and go into the Park Editor. Select the fountain and plant it onto the ground. Then, ollie up on it and grind (Triangle). Do not release and tilt your Analog-stick to the Right or Left. Keep tilting it until your skater bails. If done correctly, your skater will have bailed and will keep spinning for at least one second.
