Hint: Vancouver: Red/blue goal gap:
Go to the ice hockey rink. Hit the puck into the goal. Immediately when the buzzer sounds and "GOAL!" appears, hit a grind on the goal. As long as you hit the grind during the buzzing, you will get the gap. This is how you get both goals.
