Cheats: Enter Special Interiors Without Entering Blue Hell

On the very first cutscene where CJ is in a cop car with tenpenny put the jetpack cheat in just as they pass the railway. Once the cutscene is over your screen will say 'WASTED' but only the jetpack flames will be on the screen, all shops arrows now appear. All clothes shops and tattoo parlours (not secret one unfortuntely) will now be open before you even play the first mission!
To make sure it worked go to the nearest place that would have an arrow in front (e.g. Binco, Ganton Gym or the Safehouse near the hospital)
WARNING: Don't be put off if the safehouse arrow isn't there as sometimes safehouses aren't enterable this way.
This also removes the roadblocks that are blocking bridges (trains sill stop though for some reason), put 'Lock Wanted Level' code on to stop you from getting the four star wanted level when going to other cities.

All of these places will be opened:
All clothes shops
Tattoo Parlours
All three Gyms
Crack Den
Johnson House
Safehouses (sometimes)
LSPD
All Fast Food Restaraunts
Jizzy's Club (normal doors and the roof)
Sindacco Abbotoir
Planning Department
Casinos (including Caligulas Roof)
LVPD
Atrium
Big Smokes Crack Den (destroy the wall first)
Any other normal interiors (betting shops, strip clubs, bars)

Girlfriend Houses and diners are not open.

Also, once you have done
Cleaning The Hood the Crack Den will be closed
Ice Cold Killa locks Pleasure Domes
Architectural Espionage locks Planning Department
The Meat Business locks Sindacco Abbotoir
