To cach the three legendary birds get a strong pokemon that can paralyse or put opponent to sleep as well as at least 30 ultra balls per bird.
Articuno can be found in icefall cave at level 50.
Zapdos can be found at the far end of the power station (you must learn surf first) it is at level 50
Molres can be found at the top of the volcano on island 1. It is also found at level 50.
