Hint: Tatooine: Anchorhead: Bastila's mother:
After completing your Jedi training and finding the Star Map, go to Kashyyyk first. Have Bastila in your party. Go up the path that leads to the "Great Walkway". A woman that knows Bastila's mother will approach you. She will tell you that she was looking for her and she is ill. Bastila will ask you if you can go to Tantooine and find her. She is in the Cantina in Anchorhead in the upper right corner. Make sure Malak has not captured her or she will not be there.
