Use Huang's Bow at level 10 or more. When a duel begins, take out your bow and shoot. The officer will fly back and come towards you. This gives you enough time to use your bow. To do this easier, shoot the bow, release the button, hold it again, and shoot. Repeat until he or she is dead.
Note: This will not work for all generals, especially Lu Bu.
