Luck gives you a chance to get better recovery items, Orbs, and special items. The items that increase luck are Seven Star Sash and Hex Hare Saddle. For example, in Battle of Jian Ye level, the elite guard next to Huang Gai gives you Life Recovery +100, but if you have a Hex Hare equppied it should give you All Recovery Full.
