61 Fort Staunton - Behind the Bottliglia sign, on the awning just north of the previous package.
62 Fort Staunton - Along the bridge bottom, very close to the water.
63 Portland - On a rock in the middle of the sea from the far right of the previous package.
64 Rockford - To the far northeast, where the water hits the rock.
65 Rockford - Behind a brick wall just north the hospital.
66 Rockford - On the other side of the previous package, within the shrubs.
67 Fort Staunton - In the subway, near the restrooms.
68 Rockford - In the construction yard for the tunnel, in the tunnel opening.
69 Aspatria - Hidden away in the northwest shoreline, in the grassy area near the ramp.
70 Aspatria - In the parking lot near the sports arena.
71 Francis Intl. Airport - Under the Shoreside Vale entrance bridge.
72 Francis Intl. Airport - Grab a bike in the parking lot and use the ramp beside the fire station to reach the fire station rooftop. Go around to the front to grab the package.
73 Francis Intl. Airport - On the opposite side of that last ramp, there's a staircase that leads to a platfoprm sticking out of the airport. Take the ramp up here over to the other side, where another package rests.

75 Francis Intl. Airport - Atop of an airplane, use the staircase leading to the wing.

77 Francis Intl. Airport - Between the three large yellow attention-grabbing trick ramps to the south of the airport.
