Go to the TV short-cut's target field. After the executable, press space then enter "-console". During gameplay press "Tab" and enter the following.

Code - Effect

god - God mode
allammo - 999 ammo and grenades
stat FPS - Shows framerate
stat net - Shows network stats
stat all - Shows all stats
stat none - Hides stats
