Hint: Completing missions faster:
Instead of thinking that your teammates can handle any situation, do things yourself. For example, do not send your three teammates out into battle thinking that they will kill everything there is to kill. Go yourself, as they are mainly for providing you cover. Pitting AI against AI is not a good idea, as the CPU knows each and every movement that its opposition will make. This is why your men on AI can never kill an AI tank. The CPU will give itself the advantage by making your teammates stand there helplessly as the tank shoots.
