You can play these games after finding them by pressing TRIANGLE when you have the temporal uplink.
Anaconda: In Siberia, in the first room with all the shelves and boxes and watermelons, go to the left when you enter the room, just past the shelf, to find the Anaconda cartridge.
AstroLander: In 2019 NeoTokyo on Normal or Hard difficulty settings, a cartridge can be found. It is inside the locker room in the research facility in the left locker.
RetroRacer: In the 2315 Robot Factory level on Hard difficulty a cartridge can be found in the bunker with armor underneath one of the ramps. Under the other ramp is a RetroRacer cartridge.
