why does everyone say about arsenal we arnt the only team to have foreign players in our squad there are plenty of other teams such as liverpool or even portsmouth

yer but the problem is the have english players too , well i mean they buy them and or play them.

true, they only really got walcott, besides cant remember who said it but foreign players usually take a few seasons to gell in because they all by themselves where as sven has bought loads of them and they proballly all understand eachother and gel in quickly, besides he's doin good so far in the league, 2 out of 2 nd 2 clean sheets

I'm currently playing:
Last night England vs Germany ... Arsenal didnt have 1 player playing for England but the other top teams did.
Chelsea ... Terry, Lampard etc
Liverpool ... Gerrard, Crouch
Man United .. Carrick, Brown, Rio
Spurs ... Robinson
Even Newcastle with Dyer
Arsenal Had the German Keeper playing but like i said for Germany

What do you think svens been doing since the world cup!?! Yep, watching the players hes signed.
You do realise that Sven has bought these players purely on seeing video footage of them... they're not going to set the Premiership alight whatsoever and will be lucky if they scrape into the top half of the table come the end of the season. If they don't perform well in the EPL then I can't see their stats being made "exceptional" on Football Manager 2008.LOLOLOLOL

Ghetto, do you still stand by what you said originally about city?,
I don't think its easy to predict the EPL this season but i think you my have under estimated city, and if they don't do well this season i think Sven has put down some really strong foundations for next season etc..

ok ya know the whole foreign players thing if ta think about it if there were no forieng players the premiership wuldnt be at the standerd it is rite nw becasue the new youth nd current players hu r uncaped r jus nt up to scratch if there were no foreigners there wuld be an overload of champoionship players just becuase there homegrown but there definetly is a problem with the forign players

also i wonder why wenger was getting so defensive about the quota on english players?
it's teams like middlesborough and liverpool and man utd and aston villa who are the teams who wouldnt really have to worry about the issue if it came along and possibly a few others but arsenal are a disgrace also what pi$$es me off about arsenal is the way they act about there youth products as though they came through the academies and when really there just stealing them from other academies

how embarassing for you alot of his buys have been top class and even bianchi is startin to score goals. bojinov was unlucky to get injuredso early in the season. you have been proved completely wrong

i think its time to say i told you so, man city wil be in euro cup wit portsmouth next season and if spurs are lucky the may make it if they win the cup
