How do u split screen on this game

I'm currently playing:
I could never figure this out either, i've seen it on Youtube but have never figured it out. I think, now anyway, that it's a crap game. Its got nothing fresh.

I must disagree with you there crackdown is an awesome game... Sure it hasen't got the best graphics but its so much fun!
