And Why..
I've always Liked Fifa, and last year it was kinda' the same, it was the first year i bought both, and i did enjoy Pro evo, but i still prefered Fifa.
This time round, I'm looking forward to Fifa Much more, EA are promising an Amazing (next-gen) game out of Fifa 08, and i can't wait for it!

Pro evo i prefer the gameplay but i wont be gettin either if there as bad as there were last year , but fifa tends to produce better graphics and of cousre does not need much editoring.

I'm currently playing:
cant really say cuz never even seen any screenshots or anything for either games but in past i have prefered fifa so will probably buy that first then get pro when i get bored

I'll go for Fifa. For some reason despite Pro Evo being very similar, the controls and fluidity of the game just don't feel 'right', whereas the feel intuitive in Fifa.
Lets just hope that Fifa's cut off date for correct teams is AFTER the end of August this year!!

Pro Evo for me, EA don't really have a clue when it comes to making "soccer" games as they'd say in their boardroom.

I wouldn't call it fake names as such, just the fact that EA up the amount offered for the licenses to use certain stadium/club/league names whereas Konami can't. Research it.

totally HATE fifa. it's so massively complicated when all i want is "A to pass, B to shoot and X to tackle". not "press left-up-a-b-x to do a one-two then fail miserably". although i have no plans to get either, i might get pro evo for DS... if i'm not talking crap about pro evo on DS...

If FIFA 08 includes lower leagues (unlike the pitiful 7 leagues in FIFA 07 on the 360), then I'll probs be getting that. If not then neither. Didn't enjoy PES5 all that much so won't be buying it again.

Yeah. And this new "BE A Pro" Mode looks Kick A$$!!!
Can't wait! Never liked Pro Evo, never actually had a fun game on it unless I'd edited the teams in Pro Evo 4 to look like me and my mates.
