I'm currently playing:
I Cant Save Then I Get To A Cave Then I Lose To Skeletons Were Do I Save Coz In The Menu Bit It Wont Let Me

You can only save in the overworld (when you are travelling via the map.) You can't save when in a village or dungeon.
