HAMMER
1, to make a hammer you need to trade with the doctor for the hammer handle you also need a rock and a vine, once you have all of these go to the crafting table and make your hammer.

CANOE
2, to make the boat you need to go to the log on the top of the cliff near the chef and i think you need a chisel and a hammer you need to work on this three times befor it will be ready for use.

PUFFERFISH & SHOVEL
3, before you can get the pufferfish needed to obtain the hammerhandle, you need to complete mrs weeders task (the one about the cure for her plants) you need to go to the doctor and ask for help and she will tell you what you need for the cure, this is some particular rare types of bugs if you dont have these you need to go bug hunting and then give them to her. she will then ask for some fish salmon (you can get from the lake) black carp (from the lake) and cow cod (from the sea). once the dr has got what she needs she will give you a green cure. you need to take this to mrs weeder, when she gets this she will give youe a shovel handle and a shovel head. you can now go to the crafting table and make the shovel. yay!!! You can now also go to the sea were you washed up and at noon (when the sun is up) you should start to see pufferfish appearing.

So i hope this has helped you get a bit further and i will be happy to help with anything else.

i was wondering that too for the rice thing, but then i found it. if you go to the bridge then right next to the pineapple plant, there is a brown patch. water it and it will turn into rice. i just dont kno how to get more of it and i cant find the weat either.

so do you have to get the hammer so then you can make the canoe??
im confused!!!

you make the rope by getting 3 vines and then you go to the crafting station and then click on the picture of a rope and then press make. then you should have a rope.

if you want to make the grappling hook you have to click on the picture do the same thing you did for the rope by getting 3 more vines but i think you get more vines by going to a plant near the bridge i think. To get the anchor you have to swim onto the boat. on the boat should be a anchor then press pick up . then you go back to the crafting station and click on the picture of the grappling hook then click make.

i need some help though on the bit where you get the curry, lime and the boat and there is one other thing but i can't remember it. how do you make the boat. do you need to have the hammer to make the boat. Help me i'm really confused

[I've completed all tasks with other islanders. But only got to 99% I've one shell short is it just a case of diving as I've tryed that constantly...

All items in Case, Box, Temple and Digging have all been sorted now.

i have finished 50% all the stories are done but stiil need 2 pices of the map
