does anyone know any good websites to download themes,pictures,videos and things to your phone from the internet for free?

It all depends on the type of phone u have. If u have a Nokia perhaps u can connect to a pc (infrared, cable, Bluetooth) and use the Nokia software to pass things from the PC to the phone... other brands might require their own software of direct download (which will be hard, if not impossible, to get for free)
