Online Management V2

Many of you will remember the original Online Management from July 06. That one didn't even get started. Now I have come back with a year more experience () and have set out on restarting it. I have moved to a new server as the old one wasn't very reliable.

What is Online Management
Basically Online Management is a game on a forum (free server, nothing big or expensive) where you will manage a Premierleague side with one other player and work on trying to win the league, cups, etc, like in real life. Each player has an ability rating and you can negotiate with the other players to try and bring in some new blood, or sell off some of your unwanted players.
If you are still not sure then just ask here or check out the site yourself.

Extra note to anyone interested

This site is not yet completed but is almost done. All I have left to do is add in the League 1 and League 2 teams, but I seriously doubt the new star of your team is going to come from these divisions. But nonetheless I will try and get these divisons completed.

Also for any Scottish supporters out there, the SPL has been included to buy players from. So you can buy your favourite Scottish superstars (who aren't already in the PL).

Note for mods
Now I'm not sure I'm allowed to advertise but I've seen other people advertising (but that might be a different matter) and I had a previous topic advertising the original version, which was fine. I'm not in anyway trying to contend with GT. The link will be in my sig not in this topic. If this is breaking GT rules then I am deeply sorry, please just close/delete this topic and tell me.

We so far have 5 members signed up. I have mentioned it on the forum and I will say it here too: if any of you are supporters of Coca-Coca League or SPL sides then if you could please message me with the following information:

- List main first team (the players who play week in, week out when fit)
- Include their main positions
- List all the players in each position in order of their ability (in your opinion)
- Mention which players who feature rarely or are a reserve
- Mention which players are youngsters, and which ones are kids for the future.

So you should end up with the entire team and main position, in order of ability in each positions, the best first 11 (not your own opinion but the players who feature regularly), the reserves and the youngsters.

To my disappoinment there has been little interest. We have just 5 players at this current time, and we need at least 20 to start.

Pretty sure I was top of the league when you gave that one up though.

The Fantasy League only died because I was focusing more on this, and after Gashead's post I felt there was little point.

I might join, message me a link and I'll see what I can do.

We have 9 managers so far, 11 spaces remaining.
I was hoping to have it up and running by the new year but I guess that's not gonna happen. If we do eventually get enough members then any transfers during the new year won't be included.

So it is still going despite the lack of interest. If you're not sure whether to join or not then just have a look at the forum and decide for yourself.

Note to current managers: Please check up on the site at least once a week, or check your email constantly. Any important messages will be posted on either the site or by email.
