Promoted to Premiership - No transfer funds - help needed

Hi Guys,

Need a little help. Just finished my first season with Cardiff. Managed to gain promotion theough the playoffs to the premiership.

Problem is the board are not willing to invest any money and have given me a transfer budget of 50K. My players arent worth allot so I can't sell to buy. Also I've just become a feeder club to Inter (boards decision)

How can I improve my team without spendng money or cheating. Is their training etc I can look at?. Its a youngish squad with potential but they're gonna struggle to beat the drop.

My main players are:

Gk - Alexander (top keeper by the way)
DR - K Foley
DL - G Bale
DC - B Jones
DC - D Purse
MR - D Agathe
ML - H Bouazza
MC - S McPhail
MC - D Thompson
FC - A Keogh
FC - F Eastwood

Subs - M Howard, P Huntingdon, J Ledly, J McAnuff, R Fowler

Before the end of last season I bought: L Hleb (not the arsenal player) and Kevin Thornton

I've also loaned in A Song, and C Vela from Arsenal

try and get the inter youngsters on loan or look at young free agents send your young lads out on loan to gain first team football

How did you manage to get G. Bale.

You sure you havent already cheated. he is quality and i doubt very much he would go to Cardiff.
