I think you would be able to take them back, as you are not satisfied with the product, which qualifies as a valid reason for returning them.

not sure.some stores might let u take them back in exchange for another game or ur money back.i know EB Games has a 7 day policy when u can take the games back.my cousin had the same problem when she bought the Happy Feet game for DS and finished it in about half hour.the game is literally just two levels repeated over and over.complete waste of 60 bucks.

If you bought it from Game then they have a sticker on the game box that prevents you from taking it back

If they came in packaging you'll have to blag and say that they were broken, they'll either give you a refund or give you another copy. If they decide to do the latter, simply keep them for a few days and then take them back, claiming that you bought them as a present for a friend but you made the mistake of thinking he had a 360 when he just has a standard Xbox.
