Well you already have Young and Agbonlahor.
Try to get Milner this season
Don't bother targeting Micah Richards till you have a budget over 50 mill, well expensive

scott sinclair from chelsea but it might cost you up to 10mil because chelsea might not let him go for cheap and wat age are you looking for exactly

If you looking for cheap players that have the potential to become good
Preston Edwards - Milwall
Hindmarsh - Carlisle
Moses - Crystal Palace
Bostock - Crystal Palace
Fleck - Rangers
Hatch - Southampton
White - Southampton
Lallana - Southampton
Surman - Southampton
I have all these players with my Southampton team in the 2nd season and just missed out on staying up, These guys all did well and have the potential to succeed at Premiership level, it may take them 3 or 4 seasons to get to there though

usually i ignore the british players as there is much better players abroad but if you pushed me:

BILLY SHARP
He is the most amazing goalscorer ive ever had in my team he bagged 32 goals in 25 games. Amazing striker and only 21. Sign him in janurary for about 4 million.
