what really makes a good manager

we all know the best wonder kids and the best performers and can get success by buying these cheap players etc but does this really mean your a good manager i dont think so.
we all share these players and sign them win trophies with them and show are teams on here as i do, but we all know we can do this for me to be a good manager is when you would be so far into game that all origanal players are retired and only regan players are avaliable this will really test your scouting ability to find the best and build a team that is going to be a force in your selected league in europe.
i personally have never got that far, as u know before then can get quite boring after so many years but i would love to as i believe it would be the ultimate test for us so called great managers to try to dominate the football world which would be completely unknown to us with the staff and players avaliable.

i think that it is more difficult to manage an international team an that proves you are a good manager if you can get success as an international team

i kind of agree with u but ur idea might take a little too long. try managing an unknown club. that would be faster and challenge ur skills to make the club one of world's best.

I have started doing a career with Spurs and i havent purchased the aaritalo's, stancu, torje's etc. The only ones i have purchased out of the main bunch of youngsters is Saivet, Lulinha and Banega. All the rest are what my scouts are telling me, Spurs are a good team to manage, cos you have quite a good team, but they dont play very well it seems together, especially away from home.

Can i point out that i first recommended Torje and Saivet (on this site at least) so i feel rather proud they are considered "regulars" now

Anyway im really only playing my Liverpool game now and theres only generic kids now so i dont have that problem anymore, but i have torje and saivet because i bought them on the first day the game was released
