Anyone Pre=order FIFA 09 Yet?

Have you accually played PES09? They said its been re-built from the ground up, and should be back on form this year. Demo was on XBL, PSN and PC from yesterday. Dont pre-judge a football game war.

ive got fifa 09 now and i have to say WAY better than fifa 08 - in your face PES cos i cant simply STAND pes, i know ive played it a few times cos i used to own PES08 on PS3, and it was sh!t, especially the fact PES doesnt hold the license to have proper teams... makes it even worse!!!

You really shouldn't judge the PES series on PES08, as it was a one off IMO. They knew that and they ahve taken it and re-worked everything. And from the demo, it looks and feels a big improvement, back to its best. Was swaying to FIFA, but the demo may have taken me in for PES. Infact, I liked it so much, that I made a preview of it (and because there were no user video's on YouTube, all archieve footage). Its here (clicky).

Try the demo on your PS3, honestly its very very good.

I tried the PES Demo, i thought the handling felt terrible, running about the players were terrible

Are you having a laugh?? PES is terrible this year, they are making this game worse every year !! And i normally buy this game but for this year i think ill give it a miss

i have also tried bthis years demo
seems the same as 08 for me
the only thing thats improved in pro evo since last year... it has Liverpool

pro evo sucks full stop, ive played many demos over the years

yes. gears 2 came out in 2006. 2 years later and it's the 4th most played game over xbox live. there's been 3 halo games in the space of 7 years wtf is your point gears 2 and halo 3 are completely different games. hell halo 3 imporves more in an update than fifa improves in an annual installment

Fifa does the same things year in year out, as does pro evo.

But this year Fifa is better than Pro Evo
