Got to chapter 4 and completed many puzzules.
Now find game gon back to chapter 1 and only had 6 puzzles saved.
Have I done anything wrong to lose them and can I get them back again.
All coins lost also.

I'm currently playing:
It does save and it does remind you to save as well click yes, to make sure, you know the little icon that appears top right click on that and click on save for all three of them, it comes out of that screen and then you have to go back in it.
Also you must have used all your coins with the hints.

Since you're not really that far (no offense) you could try starting a new game. I've had problems saving on games like Pokémon and then have started a new game and it usually works.
