I'm currently playing:

Football Manager 2008 (PC)

I have been playing now on Manager Mode for 2 seasons and have just moved to my precious Liverpool FC for the third. However, I am looking to try and bring on the players already in the squad rather than just buy loads of new ones. So I was wondering how big a difference it makes when you upgrade the coaches? Just wondering whether it justifies the cost, could anyone help me with this please?

P.S. If anyone has some good advice on crossing and scoring from headers and freekicks, this would also be welcome!
