Ok, I have the GBA SP and I've been having the same problem with the Blackout episode. I can't seem to figure out how to pick the locks on the warehouse. I read everything in the reply to marti. Tried doing everything in the exact order it was written in the reply and it still didn't work. If anyone can help it would be much appreciated.

have you tried it back to front from what the man did it i think thats what i did

I unlocked the one furthest to the right, then the one on the left and lastly the one in the middle. (I think, it was a few days ago now). Hope this helps

Unlock the the middle one and then the one nearest the stairs, and then finally the one furthest from the stairs..
If this doesnt work, then its just random.. just pick at one lock and if you dont get sent to jail pick at another one. if you get sent to jail then, go back and pick the first lock you picked and then the one you havnt picked. then pick the one that's left!

Go on the roof of the warehouse and "Pick Lock" in the following order:
Middle one first, southern one second and finally the northern one. There a
chance that the order you have to open the lock will be random but I’m not
sure about that. If you made an error the alarm will go on and you will be
sent to jail. After opening the lock use the southern opening to get in,
you’ll pass out and land in the Medical Center.
